Many Waters by Madeleine LEngle – reviewed 8-12-09

In the 1st two books in the series I was drawn to the use of physics, time travel and science fused with a fantasy about kids I could identify with. Many Waters simply transports the Murry twins to the time of Noah and tells a long drawn out story of their interaction with the people of that time.It felt like, to me, the story was never really going anywhere. It also seems to me the stories in the series after the first two have taken on more of a relational sort of emotional turn(kind of like a chickflick?) that may appeal more to female readers.
